Have another question? I’d love to hear it.

The timeline depends on the number of screens, the depth of research, and the level of detail required. We agree on a schedule after understanding the idea and defining the scope of work.
We start by reviewing the current experience and identifying what needs improvement, while respecting the visual identity and the parts that already work well.
By understanding the product’s goals and its users’ needs, then organizing journeys and screens before developing the visual details and reviewing them with you.
We agree from the outset on deliverables, documentation, and any support the development team may need, as well as arrangements for later revisions.
Before starting, we define the terms for using files, ownership of deliverables, and permission to show the work in my portfolio as part of the project agreement.
