About the project
Redesigning and building the Egyptian Engineers Syndicate’s official digital portal to provide an integrated service system covering memberships, healthcare, engineering certificates, and administrative transactions for more than 800,000 members.

Essential services were difficult to find, paper-based and digital procedures were intertwined, and obtaining certificates and official approvals was slow, leading to crowded branches and regional offices.

My approach
We carried out a comprehensive audit of the previous website’s information architecture and analyzed more than 45 Syndicate services, categorizing them into clear paths accessible in as few clicks as possible.

Final design
An interactive user dashboard was developed to show membership status and a digital healthcare card, and to support requesting and receiving engineering certificates online with high security standards.
